WHAT ARE SEMICURED GEL NAIL STICKERS?

Semicured gel nail stickers are the latest in nail technology. Think salon grade gel nail polish but in sticker form! With it you can have gorgeous gel nails at home for a fraction of the cost without the nail damage and long dry times.

The gel polish is 60% cured which makes them flexible, stretchy and very easy to apply. Simply peel the sticker, stick on your natural nails and cure it under a UV/LED lamp for 60 seconds. It'll harden to the shape of your nails and there's 20 nail stickers to fit any nail size. They don't require soaking off as they have an adhesive back that makes it easy for you to gently lift them off your nails.

Gellae gel nail stickers are to be kept in its original black pouch until ready for use. With exposure to UV, it will start curing/hardening on the sheet. 

How to prep your nails
1. Wash your hands to remove oils and push cuticles back.

2. Rough up your nails using a nail file.

3. Clean nails with an alcohol wipe and leave to dry.

How to apply gellaes 
1. Find the right size for your nail. Each end of the Gellae sticker has a different width to match your cuticles

2. Peel off the clear protective film, then peel the Gellae sticker.

3. Apply it to your nail, avoiding the cuticles. Stretch gently if needed. 

4. Press down firmly and smooth out any air bubbles. Press firmly around the edges with the wooden cuticle stick to seal the Gellae in place.

5. Trim any excess Gellae with nail clippers or scissors.

6. File off the excess sticker in a downward motion to smooth the tip. Ensure the Gellae does not extend beyond your nail length—Gellae stickers are not designed to act as extensions. 

7. Cure under a UV/LED light for 60 seconds. Tip: apply clear top coat for a better seal.

8. Done! Take a photo and tag us @gellaenails, we’d love to see your fresh mani! Now make sure to avoid contact with water for at least 2 hours post application.

How to remove gellaes
1. Use the wooden cuticle stick to gently lift Gellae from one side off your nails. Apply our Nourishing Cuticle Oil & Gellae Nail Remover or nail polish remover to help loosen the adhesive. Gently slide the wooden stick under the Gellae until it’s fully off the nail. 
2. Clean your nails with an alcohol prep pad. You’re ready for your next set!

 

USE IMMEDIATELY AFTER OPENING TO PREVENT UV EXPOSURE AND GELLAES FROM HARDENING ON THE SHEET


Tip: If the stickers are stiff on the sheet immediately upon opening, gently heat the sticker sheet with a hair dryer for a few seconds to soften, before application

Did not stick properly- have used many different gellae without this problem. Lost 3 nails within a week - but at the 3 week mark still have 2 (thumbs) of them on securely. Tried the same set (different packet) on a friend and she also said they did not stick properly.

These were super easy to use! Did not have a hard time at all putting them on. They are very good for their price, a cheap alternative to acrylic nails. The only let down is that the base is a bit too transparent, it just looks a bit strange from close up. Other than that I’ll definitely be purchasing again

These were amazing, seriously I used them for over three weeks & yes I put them through hell, I attended work, a very hands on job at that, never able to keep nails on, I got these as I had split my thumb nail through to the skin about 5mm in, so I purchased to keep it from ripping further & hoped it would grew out, I’ve since was able to grow/cut down with no pain at all, they have grown significantly, other abusive probity’s used were farm work including use of metho, turps, diesel, digging in soil, fixed the chainsaw & scrubbed them clean several times a day with grit soap, they have exceeded my expectations, thnx heaps from this tomboy who feels more ladylike with these hubby loves them too

Looove these! Look amazing! They rate a 5 star, why I gave a 4 was because I have to cut the bottoms shorter on all of them to fit my nails. The white tip part starts too high up. But the sticker works amazing! Looks amazing! Stays on for over a week! The longest I have had from any stick on nails of any sort!

The finished product looks great on and is easy to apply however they just don't last as long if you're nails are damaged and weak from lots of gel manicures. I will be interested to see how they last once my nail damage has grown out. It's more expensive than getting them done if I was to change them over every week.

They didn’t harden, no matter what I tried. Straight off the sheet or stretching them out a little thinner, under one cycle of the UV light or 2 or 3 or even 4. I couldn’t shape them via file and cutting them was difficult because they were still softer than expected. They were just nothing like advertised and very disappointed I lost this amount of money in this economy with nothing to show for it!

Store owner replied: oh no, 2 days?! that’s def not how they should be wearing. happy to help figure out what went wrong- were you using them as extensions or just over your natural nails? gellaes aren’t designed to add length, so if there’s any overhang past your nail tip they might not hold. totally get the frustration though, and happy to help troubleshoot it with you if you could email us at customerservice@gellae.com.au 😊

I have always loved the French tip look, so decided to try the Gellae French tip stick on gels. These are great! Much better than other brands i have tried. They last a really long time. I am on the end of my 2nd week and have only needed to replace 2 on very short nails. The others are very firmly stuck. They are also quite easy to apply. The only suggestion I would have is to ask Gellae to include some stick ons that suit shorter/smaller fingers for the French tip look as I found some of them left me with a very very thin white strip and I would have liked a bit of a thicker white strip. Overall though, I would highly recommend.
